I am a MBACP registered Counsellor with over ten years clinical experience.

I hold a MSc with Merit in Addiction Psychology and Counselling and a PG Cert in Gestalt Psychotherapy.

I've worked as a therapist in a one to one capacity as well as a group facilitator all over the world.

My earlier clinical career was speciailising in the field of addiction as well as working with family members of those struggling with addiction. Later I worked within a hospital setting focusing on developmental trauma, including working with people in the armed forces, people who experienced childhood sexual abuse and domestic abuse.

During my career I’ve frequently had the privilege of facilitating a range of process and themed therapy groups.

I’ve taught Kundalini yoga and meditation in studios as well as community classes and in charity settings.

I'm passionate about healing and I also know that it is as challenging as it is rewarding. I aim to offer a safe space for you to come and connect with yourself, and hope to explore through the work we do together where you've been, where you are and where you want to go.

Inclusivity and safety is imperative to my work. I strive for an inclusive practice that welcomes and affirms all people, regardless of ethnicity, age, class, gender identity, sexual orientation, or religion.

I am also Kink and Sex positive, I have experience and understanding in supporting clients who want to explore relationship and intimacy concerns which are not just fixed to monogamous partnerships.

I have also worked extensively with ‘creatives’ including artists, musicians and actors.

I have received training in multiple areas including EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique - ‘tapping’), Bereavement, Group Facilitation, Pia Mellody's Developmental Trauma & Re-Parenting Model and Mental Health first aid. I continue to have professional development and have regular supervision.

I adhere to ethics as stated by BACP.
