I am a MBACP registered Counsellor with over ten years clinical experience.

I hold a MSc with Merit in Addiction Psychology and Counselling and a PG Cert in Gestalt Psychotherapy.

I've worked as a therapist in a one to one capacity as well as a group facilitator all over the world.

The earlier part of my clinical career was speciailising in the treatment of addiction both process and chemical, as well as working with family members of those struggling with addiction issues.

I have further experience working with Trauma. This includes but not limited to those with childhood trauma, activists, people in the armed forces and others experiencing PTSD, including those experiencing domestic abuse.

During my career I’ve frequently had the privilege of facilitating a range of process and themed therapy groups.

I'm passionate about healing and I also know that it is as challenging as it is rewarding. I aim to offer a safe space for you to come and connect with yourself, and hope to explore through the work we do together where you've been, where you are and where you want to go.

Inclusivity and safety is imperative to my work. I have experience working in LGBT+ specialist charities and support clients from this community. Within this I am also Kink and Sex positive. I have experience and understanding in supporting clients who want to explore relationship and intimacy concerns which are not just fixed to monogamous partnerships, I hope to create a safe space to explore relationship dynamics so you can heal your old wounds and create deeper intimacy in your relationships.

I have also worked extensively with ‘creatives’ including artists, musicians and actors.

I have received training in multiple areas including bereavement, group facilitation, Pia Mellody's re-parenting model and Mental Health first aid. I continue to have professional development and have regular supervision.

I adhere to ethics as stated by BACP.
